The best is yet to come...
Well, it's been a great semester for AU cheer! I'm so glad to be back on the team for my second year...I love it more than ever!! We've been practicing hard to get back into shape and enjoying games where we support our boys and girls basketball teams. We have an awesome group of people this year, and it's amazing how well we get along.
That's why I'm so excited for the spring semester...my favorite part of cheerleading is competition. I can't wait to get back to practice, get our choreography, and be hard at work perfecting it! Nationals was a great experience last year, but I'm looking forward to it being even better this year, as I believe we've progressed not only technically but also as a team.
I'm so thankful to be a part of such a unique team, where we're all here for each other. Both cheer and dance recently celebrated the holidays with our own holiday party and secret Santa. There were plenty laughs and good times all around. I love my spirit family!!
Some girls are going abroad for the spring and we're going to miss them so much!
